Venezia Terminal Passeggeri S.p.A. operates in the special sectors listed in the Legislative Decree 36/2023. In particular, Venezia Terminal Passeggeri S.p.A. manages all the operations of disembarkation and boarding related to cruise ships, hydrofoils, leaure boats and crafts and in any case used for passenger transport in the Port of Venice and any other related activity, including the provision of all services related to passenger welcoming, reception and transfer services pursuant to a state concession granted by North Adriatic Sea Port Authority (art. 150 of Legislative Decree n.36/2023). Consequently, Venezia Terminal Passeggeri S.p.A. applies the provisions of Legislative Decree 31 st March 2023, n.36, book III only for the award of works contracts, services and supplies related to its institutional activity.
