If the ship is docked in Marghera, the passenger reaches the Cruise Port of Marittima in Venice and after checking in at the assigned terminal will be taken on board the ship by dedicated free shuttles. If the vessel is docked at Fusina, at Marittima, at San Basilio or at Chioggia, check-in and boarding operations are carried out directly on site with dedicated terminals.

Piazzale Roma, entry-point to the Historical City is connected in 2 minutes trip thanks to the People Mover, remote control monorail, which station is located just in front of the port area entrance. Alternatively, you can get directly to St. Mark Square by using water taxi public service.
