The left luggage deposits are located on the ground floor of Terminals 107 and St. Basilio and are open during the days when ships are embarking and disembarking cruise passengers.

Carriers and terminal operator, within their areas of competence, provide assistance to PRM passengers. In accordance with Article 11 of the Regulation (UE) n. 1177/2010, the passenger applying for assistance shall notify the carriers or the terminal operator of their specific needs at least forty-eight (48) hours before the assistance is required.
